W-team 5 multi-function mass-production line for cabinet furniture

In 2016 CYTEK partnered with the Precision Machinery Research & Development Center to form W-team, working with fellow manufacturers to plan an automated panel-furniture production line for customized batch production that covers the complete process (cutting, edge banding and boring). From infeed to outfeed, production data along the whole line is monitored by remote computer and workpieces never touch the floor. In response to the Ministry of Economic Affairs Productivity 4.0 program, the line delivers outstanding value in industrial automation and serves as a demonstration factory for future factory management.
